Sajid Nadiadwala’s stake in a Television Channel

The Television industry is growing in leaps and bounds. While film stars are thronging the small screen, filmmakers are also taking an interest in this booming industry. Sajid Nadiadwala, who made films like Judwaa, Jaan-E-Mann, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, is foraying into the small screen.

The director of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, Sajid, recently announced that his company would acquire 50% stake in a television channel. However, the name of the channel is yet to be disclosed since the deal is awaiting an official announcement. The venture is worth Rs. 100 crores.

Talking about the deal, Sajid said that the deal would help his company to consolidate its stand in the television industry.
